    The room we had included an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Everything was perfect and the staff were top-class. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurants. It also was in the middle of the city.

    The resort boasts a vast and diverse area, which is very quiet and peaceful with an empty and clean private beach. All the staff are kind and helpful, and the food in the restaurants is exceptional. the Villas are fantastic, and the standard of everything in them is great. the room is spacious and well-maintained.

    The customer service is lacking. the staff looked confused when we asked for anything, and there was no sympathy or help when my credit card was stolen.

    The beach was beautiful and the view from the room was amazing. The breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was great. The location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions.

This hotel's location advantages provided privacy and peace. the room advantages were exclusive and well worth their premium price. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious cuisine and refreshing drinks.

    The only minor issue was the lack of a clear map of the hotel's villas and facilities upon arrival. the polite and helpful staff were able to assist in navigating this hotel's vast and diverse territory.

    I had an amazing stay at Vinpearl. The highlight was definitely the really good pool in our villa. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making our stay comfortable.
